Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born on 17 October 1992) is an acclaimed Indian actor. Keerthy appears in Tamil film and Telugu films and also in a few of Malayalam. She was awarded the National Film Awards' Best Actress award for portraying Savitri an actress in the Telugu film Mahanati (2018). The film also won three SIIMA Awards were also given to her. Also, she received a Filmfare Award South. Keerthy is the daughter of Menaka G. Suresh, film producer G. Suresh Kumar is an actress in her early years. She started her acting career in the early 2000s. The first time she starred in a leading role was in 2013's Malayalam movie Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). In 2015, Keerthy accepted her first projects outside of Malayalam and signed on to participate in a variety of Tamil films simultaneously. The first film she acted in is A. A. Vijay's romantic comedic Idhu Enna Maayam (2015), opposite Vikram Prabhu. The film was not a success at the box office. Due to her busy schedule for 2015, she could not choose but to pull herself out of projects on which she had already begun doing work, such as Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye or Deekay's Kavalaivendam. She then worked on Rajini's Remo in two quick film. In addition, Dhanush and she played leading roles in Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. The film has been delayed since 2015, with the possibility of release in September in 2020, under the different title, Janakitho Nunu. The film's first film to debut was in 2016's Nenu Sailaja which starred actress Ram Pothineni. Keerthy made her debut in Bairavaa with Vijay and directed by Bharathan.
